Hi spider veins are little fine red lines usually on your chest and face though I dont really know how they are caused, I had a lot on my chest when I was a drinker and before I had my liver transplant.
Tiny little veins on your upper chest and neck, look like little spiders hence the name. it is a sign that something is wrong with the liver.
