Nausea and Fatty liver

I was advised liver biopsy for high liver stiffness ( 7.9 ) and elevated level of liver enzymes ( ALT ).

Ever since i have cut down on my weight the elevated liver enzymes have some what come down.

But of late i have a obnoxious feeling of nausea. Is the sensation of nausea symptom of serious liver disease.

I don't think so. There are usually no noticeable symptoms with early liver disease.
