I think I have now got the hang of the gluten free diet, but now my GP tells me I have to go dairy free also, any tips or web site or general help would be appreciated

Hi Jill, why has your GP told you to go dairy free. I know you had gallbladder issues a while ago,is this the problem now??

I had my gallbladder out two years ago, still get pains. I know fat can be a problem but it also has nutrients. My GP has offered tablets to take with meals.I think I shall take him up on that.

I went for a scan of my liver yesterday and was told it was fine,no blockages etc. . I had given up gluten well before the gallstones episode and sugar as much as possible. It doesn't seem to have helped. I'm a vegetarian so don't know what else I can give up. Sorry this doesn't sound too promising.x
