I'm staying a couple of days with Jools2020 so this morning off we went for a run.....
First we did Jools' dynamic stretches, then a walk with a few runs to warm up .
Then π²
4x 1 minute at 5k pace with 1 minute recovery between each and 2 minutes after the last one .
4x 1 minute at 10k pace with one minute recovery between each and 2 mins after the last
4x 1 minute at mile pace with one minute recovery between each.....except I messed my workout input up and had 1.30 between each....so we got out of sync and I was running to catch up and puffing.....then we did a 5 minute recovery gentle run/walk.....and done , then we stretched.
We went to Costa, had brunch and a drink, what a lovely run, some of it felt hard but I feel fine after and Jools seems to have loads of energy, we are going to walk in the forest soon.....
