Park run 3, new place😁

Just completed my 3rd Parkrun, this one at a new venue, Worcester woods, not a flat run like Worcester pitchcroft, also rather warm 🥵, 🥵🔥🥵, slowest one yet, but I don't give a monkeys about that, I'm still faster than my target time of 45 minutes, this one was 42:05, really happy and once again I had a fellow runner come back to me to encourage me to the finish. It's great camaraderie at these runs, so if you are just thinking about parkruns, just get yourself registered and take part, you will not be disappointed.
