Have I done this right? Ju ju s plan . I walked 2 mile to the gym put my bag away then did the 2.5k run ready for R2 on Thursday.

You must know by now how slow I am at understanding lol

If you have chosen to do the distance plan then that is right !Run 2 will be a 5K

If you were comfortable then it’s your pace but i certainly couldn’t keep up for long

Also, unlike C25K, you can do each week's runs in any order doggytail .
