Well, we’ll see about the ‘flying’ bit 🤣 but these really are the comfiest running shoes I have ever had out of the box! I’m a big Hoka fan and owe a lot to my Arahi 4’s which I am convinced are magic shoes 🪄👟✨ (for me, anyway!) 🤣 Also, being tall, I have discovered over the years, that a men’s size 8 fits me better than a woman’s size 8!🤷♀️
I wasn’t sure when I first saw the slightly tweaked Arahi 5s but given that I am now struggling to find the older model in my size, I thought I would bite the bullet and order a pair. Oh my goodness, it feels like putting on a slipper! In the Arahi, Hoka have somehow managed to develop a stability shoe which isn’t too rigid and which has the cushioning without losing the responsiveness. At 5mm they are considered low drop but this seems to suit me well.
I think Hoka are very much a marmite brand - you love them or hate them. I, as you can probably tell, am very firmly in the former!❤️👟
Can’t wait to take them out for a test run tomorrow!🙂🏃♀️🤞
