Super stuff Stocksy! A PB feels just awesome every time. Well done!

PS wait a minute! Isn’t 6.8 miles further than 10k, like nearer 11?

No reason why you couldn't manage a half-marathon Stocksy67 , providing that you build towards it gradually. Apart from the danger of injury if you over-do things, it's much more fun coming in from a long run feeling happy and barely out of breath than it is completing but feeling sick, dizzy and breathless. And yes, I am speaking from experience! 😜

Maybe soon we will see, I will let you all no when I've completed it..

Not wanting to rain on your parade Stocksy67 , and maybe I'm misunderstanding what you mean by "maybe soon" but I'll say again, please don't overdo it. Several of your previous posts have mentioned injury and I think you started C25K just four months ago? Running HM distance (I did my fourth today) is a great feeling, so I hope it works out for you.
