Doing my semi Jeffing again. Managed 8.3K. Took 77 minutes, but most important - NO INJURIES - hope I can say the same tomorrow. Not much strength exercises were undertaken yesterday. But I did paint my other front fence (and next door's part) with three coats - so felt quite achey this morning!
Will repeat the distance next week - maybe 8.5K as I will try another route so my 10K will only be delayed one week in the second week of May - touch wood.

Well done Rennur! Injury free is brilliant. And fence painting definitely adds to the exercise equation ๐. I cleaned my balcony yesterday but a blooming pigeon has already redecorated it grrrrr. All the best! ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
mariapali.co.uk/what-on-ear... is run /walk. I have been experimenting as I had 12 days off through injury and wanted to ensure I wasn't running through injury.
Thatโs a great run Rennur๐Staying injury free is the most important thing. May is only a few weeks off and you will be completing the big 10k ๐
Well done on the 8K ๐ช and most importantly staying injury free .Iโm on a similar journey and keeping it gradual as I did not like the Injury Couch one bit ๐๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
That was great - sounded like you really enjoyed that!
Well done and that with more painting exercise in the body! Sounds like you have your own set off run-free-day-exercises, haha. How many fences are there in your neighbourhood? You might have to go to the next town if all is painted! ๐
