2 years ago today I graduated from c25k. I'm so glad I took up running and I always say it , I couldn't have done it without the support on here.
I still get people asking if I'm still running and they say ' oh I can't run ' and I tell them neither could I but I found a brilliant plan and a supportive forum.
I knew nothing about cadence, pace and didn't even use km , it was always miles.
Had never heard about Garmin watches, which I now love my watch and never ever thought I'd be wearing lycraπ€£
So to sum up, I love running , I love the way its made me feel so positive and calm and I've managed countless 5k's, 10k's quite a few 10 miles and 3 HM'S in the past year.
I'm getting a bit soppy now but I'm sure you'll all understand.
Congratulations Sharon on your 2 year runniversary on graduating from C25K, well done, you have had an amazing 2 years of running ππΎ π May it long continue, by the way if you do meet that lady who asked you to stop running and start smoking again, tell her, "no way" .
I remember your posts when I first started out .. Iβm doing it again as I lapsed once Iβd graduated but hope to keep it going this time round .. great to hear you are still running πββοΈ

Congratulations on you second anniversary Buddy 34. I must admit I thought you had been running for much longer. You have done so so well but you are correct in saying this forum is a great motivator and you are one of the inspirational people who help us all πΊπΊπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈππππ€£
Congratulations on your 2nd Graduanniversary πββοΈ! I don't think I will be running 10 miles for a good while yet, if ever (it's about a year since I graduated, I think!). But with inspiration from people like you, I am still running π and aiming eventually for 10k. Well done Buddy and thanks for sharing ππ₯π€.
You are so right. But I do need a challenge to aim for to keep me going!!πββοΈπββοΈ. Hope to join my sisters in 10k together one day in memory of our parents β€β€.
Congratulations on your two year runniversiary! This is a such a positive and inspiring post, glad you love your Garmin watch and lyrca now π₯³πͺπββοΈ
Fantastic. You are flyin it. I'm injured at the moment and it's so frustrating. Never ever thought I would be mad keen to run. Its addictive, in a good way so your posts are keeping me eager to get back to it as soon as I'm able. Give yourself a big pat on the back for your achievements
Happy 2nd Runniversary Buddy. Doesnβt time fly? Itβs been lovely to watch you grow over the last 2 years, and you have been great at supporting those following behind too.
Perhaps you should post this on C25k too - very inspiring
