A view of the moon setting while I was running this morning

Moonset
Beautiful, 2021 I will stop and take photos🤣
You can download an app called RELIVE, after that you can link it to Strava, Mapmyrun, etc, then you will see where you have run and have taken any photos.
I first have to learn to actually stop during a run and look around🤣 then get the phone out.
To be honest with you Grannyhugs I very rarely stop to take a photograph, however, with the conditions today and not bothering about my running time I thought it would be a good idea to take a photo of the moon setting and the sun rising when out my run, I would not do that on a Saturday morning when running a (not) parkrun, that would make my age grading lower than it would be if I stopped to take a photo, by the way I have just posted a photo of the sun rising when I was out this morning.
That's a belter!!
Great pic , and today seems to be the day for that last run 😁
Lovely photo. I watched the moon set this morning too while on my last run of 2020. Happy New Year to you and thanks for your support over this mad year 👏👏👏👏
Lovely view Alan, you still have your snow I see!
The snow has been around since Sunday morning, its not all that deep and has not caused any traffic problems whatsoever, however, there are some icy patches on untreated pavements, that's why I ran on that disused football pitch.
On my normal route more than half is never gritted or salted even where the private housing estate is, I am not sure why that is, the council salts where the council houses are but not any private housing estates.
Oh wow, amazing photo Al. 🌙😍🥰
Oh that is beautiful.
Wishing you a Happy New Year AlMorr.

Love photos like that, it's a good reminder that there are some beautiful things in life that are free if we only look around us.🏃♀️
Lovely photo Al, nice to take the time to enjoy the view now and then while running. Well done on still getting out in the snow!
Great photo! Those distance hills would make for a challenging run! Happy new year AlMorr 🎉
Those distance hills are called The Campsie Fells, many "moons ago" I used to cycle on some of the small roads that go up them, I never ran there, the trees on the hill just below the snow is on a hill called Barr Hill, there are the remains of a Roman Fort on Barr Hill, also, part of a trail route is on Barr Hiil through the trees you see.
Reading this I now want to be travelling and definitely to include more around Scotland! One day when we are able to go a wandering again 😷
