Almost the same as Lejog leader!

I just logged my miles for yesterday on lejog4 and find I’ve similar numbers to the leader. I’ve done 114 miles and he has 110 - to go!! Amazing. I’m guessing he’s a postman or works in an amazon warehouse. What do you think? He’ll have covered the whole distance - 874 miles - in less than a month. Hope everyone is enjoying their journey - however far you’ve got!! I’m organising a shortbread get together when we cross the border as I’m from the Moffat area and we’ll pass there. Wow whoever's that is must be adding in cycling you'd think, that's massive distance for a month. Keep that thought of shortbread with you as you move north. Happy running 🤗

Hello Sybilw you’re in front of me I completed the 100miles yesterday I am at 101miles! Just waiting for my postcard to come through to put on my

map. What a shame to almost complete the challenge so soon, all the conversations and encouragement missing, ah well, love the idea of shortbread as you go over the border, I have a lovely recipe too, I think I might explore regional dishes etc. along the route to, any excuse for Staffordshire oatcakes when I run the “home” part of the M6 at around 330miles...ish!

Yes I thought that might be the case, for the 50 it was a few days due to site changes, my Monday run should move me along - it needs to I’m right outside a Burger King!

I’ve seen the other phenomenal LEJOG leaders distance to go! That’s just mind blowing 😲. I’m not sure if he’s an Amazon driver, but I’m not sure if he sleeps either. A “Well done” is way too limited for him! We’re all doing a great job though!! It’s certainly got me all fired up (by my standards of course😂)! 🤗❤️
