I've used these before. I really like the Pyramid Intervals and have also used the Run Free long run thing.

The Pyramid intervals is great as it makes pacing and timing easy. And I quite like someone encouraging me when it's hard. I don't especially like the music on the guided longer run (if you know the C25K + podcasts you'll know the sort of thing) but I do find it useful if I want to stop my pace from flagging during a long run.

If you just want a pace to run to (and some programmes to improve pace, workouts etc) you can find loads here for free. podrunner.com/index.html

Again the music's not my thing but running with these some of the time has helped improve my pace (I'm not a very speedy runner) and adds a bit of variety - especially in winter when I'm stuck running pavement routes for much of the time.

Enjoy!

Yes, I like Pyramid180 particularly too. Particularly good if you don't have much time. The coaching amuses me!

Yes, I use them regularly.

I used the Polyrunner series to build up from 5K to 10K and still use the 168 bpm about once a month.

I also use the Run Free and Run Wild ones fairly frequently.

I am not sure that always run exactly to the beat but I like the background and the instruction.

I mix them up with my Singles tracks and the Guardian Advanced podcasts.

But you have prompted me to go and look at the other audiofuel podcasts

Or where do you " save " them to use each time ?

I have got them on an mp3 player but Geoff plays them on his Motorola phone.

I think you can transfer them to any device, they certainly play on our Samsung tablets. Although they would be a bit bulky to run with :)

Where do you go to...to " down load" from?

Just go to the one you want, then click on Buy itunes then follow the links. You don't need an apple device or iTunes I was able to download the mp3 onto my laptop then I copied it to the mp3 player

Yeah! 😃 You can download C25k+ Stepping Stones from here (it’s pinned I believe.). Loads of free Audiofuel and vocal coaching from Laura on those

I’ve got some long runs from Audiofuel. First and Second Hour I think it’s called. It is weird music but it’s designed for runners and it does work 🙂

Before paying for it you could try it with stepping stones. They’re tricky but very good

I have nhs c25k stepping stones ones ( three ) from a podcast app.. use them quite a bit .. but then i also found that other audio fuel link and was intrigued...

You download them from Audiofuel website or iTunes It will tell you the format

The two I got for my marathon training are great. The music is weird but it does work. When you’re really tired the repetitive nature of the music keeps you going, which is what they’re designed to do. The Stepping Stones tracks do crop up There’s the one where the singer shouts, “pick it up, pick it up, pick it up!” It wakes you up for sure 😁🏃‍♀️ You get a coach too (sounds like Rav Wilding to me ) and he talks you through it all, which is good. Some of the tracks are free too

Yes, I have run free numbers one and two. I used to call the voice over man Silky Steve... because of his smooth talking, and I still remind myself of advice he gave in those runs, in fact I really should do one again soon! I just found this review I wrote yonks ago:
