Tight muscles

Can anyone help, I manage to do a 10K run just before Christmas but the muscles on my left leg keep tightning up ever so much that it feels like my hip hurts and I struggle to get up the stairs, after running it takes about 10 days for this to stop, I always warm up and do stretches afterwards

Can anyone help at all,

I have finally found something that I love to do and don’t want to stop

I'd go and see a good sports physio- that really doesn't sound nice, poor you. Take care 🤗
