Are you increasing your cadence gradually each run, best advise to remain injury free.

Good for you though, enjoy itπŸ‘Œ

Good point. I guess trying 180 was rather a big jump from the podcast which goes up to 165, but I gave up on 180bpm and went to 170. Next time I think I'll do 5 mins at 160, 5 mins at 165 and then go up to 170. Thanks for helpful advice!

Well done you, what is your target? Is it affecting your stride length or does it make you faster?

Hoping to crack 5km in under 30 mins one day. 29:59 will do me. Also fighting boredom so like to change things up.

Great to mix things up. I've taken to hilly muddy woods. Strangely satisfying

Increasing your cadence is really hard on your body so do it gradually and maybe once a week.
