Met one of our VRB running buddies today, AlMorr. Lovely to put a face to the name .

Anyway got another new pb today 30.37 which I was quite surprised as I felt slower today.

It was really lovely meeting you this morning,

My next parkrun will be in two weeks time in Dunfermline weather permitting, the route at Drumpelliier is safer in icy weather compared to Dunfermline where there are bends and could be dangerous , you don't get that to the same extent at Drumpelliier.

It would be nice seeing you at Dunfermline if its not icy and if time permits you to go there, enjoy the rest of the weekend, tomorrow morning I will be attending another coffee concert in Glasgow.

Park runs seem to bring out that extra 10 per cent. Well done! I wonder if your stride length went up a bit... more pace for same cadence? 👏👏👏👍
