Is it the watch not recording or the connect app not getting the data?

I don’t have the same model, but I fixed some issues with mine by connecting to a PC and using Garmin Express.

I didn't have problems with them but I did have one day where the run was on my watch but wouldn't upload to garmin connect. I did everything like turning my phone off and restarting the phone and the watch. Disabled Bluetooth etc etc . The run never did download but I haven't had a problem since.

The VO2Max on mine has told me I have a fitness age of around 63 since I've had it (I've just turned 49) so I've never really paid it much heed.
