Haven’t run for a week!

Haven’t been able to run so far this week... ran last Saturday at parkrun and managed a quick jog on Tuesday which was my day off this week otherwise have worked every day

Feeling a bit run down (pun not intended!) but worried as don’t want to leave it too much longer to get back out there!

Can anyone relate? What to do when life gets busy?!

Yes I can relate to that... I always try to fit in what I call a 'maintenance run' these are usually about 3k max due to lack of time and often feeling tired also. I might be better just resting really but mentally I feel better in as much as I think I've at least done something.

I can relate, I try to do what you did and get in a quick jog, run where I can. Having a quiet week on the run side is not always a bad thing.

Thanks LisaMc2 I think since graduating from C25k I’m in the mindset of 5k or nothing but today did 4K and telling myself that’s better than nothing!

4k , yay. Just remember when 1 min running was an achievement on the C25K
