Six weeks ago I graduated C25K at parkrun with a time of 37:45 which I was chuffed with.
Today I got round in 33:30 and Iβm so pleased I had to share.
As you can see from this finish line photo it definitely wasnβt easyππ

Iβve stopped consciously chasing the 5k time and have started ju-juβs Magic 10 plan, as everybody says as you increase distance, you naturally get faster. Think Iβm built for distance rather than speed π
