Go for it!!!! What do I know!!! I only did my first one on Wednesday!!!! But I loved it. Jujus 10k plan works and is (mostly!!) fun and the support on here is amazing 😊👍🏻😊

Another vote for ju-ju- Magic 10 (especially if your not a fast paced runner - like me 😁) 2 short runs and progressively longer runs once a week. It works!

+1 for the '10 is the magic number' plan. Good fun to do and it seems to work for everyone.

Congratulations on your c25k graduation Paul. I can wholeheartedly recommend juju’s magic plan but its best to get 3 weeks consolidation first before increasing the distance. There are things you can do like intervals and trying different locations to keep the interest going.

doing 5k in 37mins is fine but i would like to try it just a little faster over time

And yet another vote for JuJu’s 10k plan! I’ve nearly finished it and it’s so good to get back to some structure after 4 months of floundering about post C25K. However, Dexy is right, you do need to consolidate: my 4 months ‘floundering about’ was actually useful and I stumbled into JuJu’s plan when I just carried on running one day and found myself at just past 7k. You know you’re ready then. All the best for your journey Paul 👍
