Are you talking about adding a screen shot to your post here?

I am. I see posts with all the info taken directly from the Garmin/Strava screen. I'm a bit thick when it comes to technology so any help would be great

Take a look at the information here:

support.strava.com/hc/en-us...

Specifically the bit about 'Sharing Activities'.

When you've tapped the 'share' icon (should be at the top right of the workout) and chosen which image to use, tap the 'share' button at the bottom. Select Share via Email (tap the email icon), and send the email to yourself. You should get an email with a .jpg image of your run details which you can then upload here.

I am using Android, the layout may be a bit different on an iPhone.

There are also options to cut out the emailing step and just save the image, but it's difficult to direct you without being able to see your phone 😊

I got it for Strava but not Garmin

I would like everyone to see the stats included for the particular run...

I'll have a look at Garmin tomorrow. But the Strava share shows run distance, time, and pace, plus the map of your run. Could you link me to someone's post that gives an example of the kind of stats you want on it?

Another thing to do is to take a screenshot of the phone app that is displaying the data - usually done by pressing two of your phone's side buttons at once (on my phone it's the power button and the volume down key). This will be saved on your phone and can be uploaded here.

Garmin has a similar feature to share stats, but only with a photo. It shows distance, time, and calories (maybe it has more as a premium feature?)

If you’ve got an iPhone, you hold in the button at top right of phone then press the home button to get a screen shot
