Hi all, I finished week 4 of the plan at Croydon Parkrun this morning ๐โโ๏ธ
I managed 31:56, nearly half a minute better than my previous best, and came 125th so quite happy with all of that! ๐
That brings me to halfway through JuJuโs plan and looking forward to week 5. ๐

Hi Dexy, yes thatโs what Iโm doing at the moment at least. ๐
Iโve been doing the longer run on Monday, then the shorter run on Weds or Thurs finishing off each week with 5K Parkrun on Saturday. ๐๐
Iโve had to run at the park near work before starting work on a few occasions due to hot weather in the evenings, but luckily weโve got showers at work and my working hours are fairly flexible. ๐
Iโm aiming to do Parkrun in Weymouth in 4 weeks time while Iโm on holiday, which will complete JuJuโs plan if all goes according to my schedule. ๐ค๐ค
That will be nice. I was born in Dorset and ust love the sandy beach at Weymouth - you go out for ages before it gets deep. Very safe for children.
We are in Accrington next weekend so UpTheStanley suggested we do Hyndburn Parkrun. I have just discovered that is 479th with 1st being the easiest. Eeek! I think I might be walking a lot of it. My local Parkrun is 2nd.
