i loved the app which helped me achieve 30mins of running from being sedentry and overweight, is there an app that will help move on to 10k..........if there is and it has Michael Johnstons dulcet tones, that would be a great help.

Once you have done a couple or so weeks of consolidation... of the 30 minute runs.. and maybe tried out the C25K+ podcasts.. there are a lot of choices, including our own ju-ju- 's 10K plan

Many of the 10K Graduates used Sami Murphy too... but whatever you do, build up a bit first..before you move on towards 10K
There is also the 10k trainer by c25k. No Michael Johnston with it though 🙁

Hi. I’m using the Sami Murphy podcasts to increase my distance. They have been ok but I’m only doing one ‘long’ run once a week so it’s taking a while. I now consider my 5k runs as ‘short’ and relaxing. I did several months of 3x5k/week before moving on. Lots of people have been following Ju-ju’s 10k plan and having great success, I only went with Sami because I started between cohorts on Ju-ju’s plan.

The stepping Stones podcasts use lovely Laura and are ace., Sami M is my go-to Bridge to 10k podcasts, original music and hours of free running. She chirped up on my marathon the other day and saved my ass 💪😃👍
Deffo sign up for our very own juicyJu, our resident panther, who is getting her next 10km training organised. She’s made a clip about it she’d already signed up 80 odd 😃
