Hi - ran my first 'proper' 10k this morning. I ran an impulsive 10k in late March but thought it more sensible to build up to it properly before claiming I could run that far! I only started the c25k plan in mid-January so I'm now glad to be fitter (and 2st 10lb lighter!)

Can I have a badge please.

Do you mean the 10k? I have just given you the 10k badge but I'm not sure that's what you want??

While I've managed 10K on my Saturday long run about eight times since February, I hadn't gotten around to asking for a badge, as I've generally been more a lurker than a poster. Recently had to schedule double hernia surgery and then will be on the IC for a couple weeks. So thought I'd request my badge now to lift my spirits about two weeks with no running.
