Oh this is fun. Just when you start running at the correct heart rate and my Garmin stops beeping at me and I either see a vintage sports car or a Lycra clad lovely and there goes the heart rate again. Ha ha it's all good fun this running lark. Hope your all well and enjoying the sunshine .
