My Mom is her2 positive. Had 12 chemos weekly along with herceptin -hervcyta -Dr Reddy s . Now dose of herceptin has been increased and she s being given Eleftha by Intas . But my Mom s feeling more weakness than she felt during chemo and has severe headache . Is this normal? Can it be due to change in medicine brand ?

I don’t think Trastuzumab should cause headache, it’s not known to. Weakness once in a while can happen. If headache is persistent, then it’s better you speak once to the Oncologist.
