Palbocent125 v/s palbociclib

I m stage 4 patient.Unable to afford palbociclib.Can i take palbocent 125 (Bangla desh) instead of palbociclib?

I am not familiar with this drug, but it appears that the two are the same thing - palbociclib would be the name used in clinical trials, while Palbocent 125 would be the marketing name. I hope someone here can comment on that. You could also ask which drug maker each comes from. When I did a Google search it appeared that there is only one company for both.
