is there any difference in having chemo in a private hospital to a private clinic.

costing is almost half in a clinic to the hospital.

what to choose.

Not really. But one thing is essential to note, ensure the smaller setup regularly gives chemo and the staff is trained.

how good are generic chemo drungs which are less expensive.

for say docetaxel of cipla(less costly)...can i go with cipla or should consider other expensive pharma company.

Well, I don’t give chemo so wouldn’t be able to comment on that. But I guess, you can stick to good names from Indian space also, should not be a problem. You can speak to your Medical Oncologist for a better guidance on this.
