Best SBRT treatment advice sought for Oligometastatic Breast Cancer in the Lung

Hello everyone I had earlier posted about my mother's long battle with breast cancer.

She has since undergone three rounds of Trastuzumab+Paclitaxel regimen. She has been coughing up blood whenever she has a bout of a heavy cough. Can this be a sign of something serious or maybe of the lung expanding back ? Our oncologist has asked me to get a second PET CT done, in a few days and get a report comparing it with the previous PET scan. The earlier one had shown only a 3.9x3.4 cm soft density lesion obliterating the right main bronchus leading to collapse of her right lung and no evidence of any disease anywhere else. So he now wants us to get an opinion for SBRT from SGPGI Lucknow.

I wanted to know where the best SBRT treatment is offered in the country and does the location of where we get it matters, I want to get her the best possible treatment. I have read that accurate positioning and targetting is very essential especially if the treatment is bring given near vital organs like heart, like in my mom's case.

Also doctor said that since her disease is case of oligometastasis, she can be completely fine. I wanted to know how likely that is ?
