My mother had MRM then 3+3 chemotherapy once in 20 days and radio therapy for 25 days continuesly (Mon to Fri) they asked us to visit after a month, today doctor said we have to get her TARGET THERAPY. I told them we cannot afford that therapy (very expensive for us) , than doctor said don't do it. Even after doing that therapy they cannot guarantee. Now what should be doing, please help! But she is alright now, she is healthy and back to normal life.

You can ask for some local social worker support, to see if you can get help with finances. Some companies also have schemes going on whereby they get one free for every x numbers of vials purchased. Also, go through other Herceptin related posts on this forum. You will find some useful information.

Hi, Herceptin itself is expensive but there are biosimilar medicines (indian made) which are less expensive than the swiss made ones. I gave my mother those a year back and she's doing quite well. I provided some details on the medicines a year back. You will find it in the below link:
