Zarzio 30MU/0.5ml prescribed to me, can please anyone explain why despite the enormous side effects and can I replace it with natural diet?

I am diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer, grade3, stage3 and just finished with 4 EC and I will have 4 Taxol next before the operation. Please help me with this drug and whether It is absolute necessary? Thank you kindly

It is to increase the WBC count. Your WBC might be low after chemo hence he may have given it.
