I have two replies for you:

1. If you wish silicon implants, then the best person to help you is a cosmetic and reconstructive Surgeon. Your Surgeon will guide you better here.

2. If you are referring to silicon gel prosthesis inserted in a brassiere, then you must look for local support groups, which, again, your surgeon will guide you. I do not know of dealers in your place but anyone who operates breast cancer surgeries surely knows. So you can ask your surgeon who operated as to where can you get such a prosthesis.
