I have gone through chemotherapy ACT

I am going to write down some point which I think helped me the most

1) During chemotherapy infusion, specially during Adriyamycin , if you can keep cold ice or very very cold liquid in your mouth , it will help in prevention of mouth ulcers

2) High protein diet is very important but at the same time high carb , not sugar, is also very helpful in healing

3) plenty of liquids

4)small portions, avoid big meals

5) walking, may be not in first 24 hrs, but I have seen walking 15 to 20 minutes twice a day helps in prevention of side effects

6) take anta acids and avoid spicy food
