Hi I have finally got a provisional date nearly 3yrs post mastectomy for my reconstruction!!! At last I maybe a little more balanced up top and then close that chapter and start another x

Thank you I will. It's a mixture of emotions- glad that I finally have a date but apprehensive as I've been surgery free for 2.5 years and I know this is a big op. Though it will be nice to feel more comfortable with my body 😃

Hi you must be delighted to finally have your surgery arranged.

I had Diep December 2015 immediately following a mastectomy so a very long surgery and recovery.

I am delighted with the result and never regret my decision.

Thank you. I got the letter confirming the date yesterday so fingers crossed they have a bed for me! 😖

Op planned for the 1st March!! Already had to stop my tamoxifen 😳

That's fantastic news not very long to go.
