HAIR dropping

Hi I had another craniotomy (different years) but this last one is making my hair drop quite a lot. Even my eye lashes are coming out noticeably.

Is it the norm to have hair loss after a craniotomy all over. I realise there is some hair loss where the op was but l didn't expect it elsewhere. Can anyone tell me info. about it?

Thank you

Hoggy
