I don't want to tell anyone at this point but I am scared so much that.. because of my feeling if something happens to my baby, I will never forgive myself I am so so so scared guys anybody please help me?

and also pray for me. Thank you all of you🙏

My midwife appointment is on the 3rd of march.

Hi congratulations on your pregnancy. My only advice would be to know that they're really is nothing you can do that will affect your pregnancy if it's not meant to be. Anything that happens is not your fault. All you can do is your best to have the healthiest pregnancy possible, take folic acid, don't drink alcohol and eat as healthy as you can.

The NHS pregnancy website has lots of information on foods to eat and foods to avoid, things like liver, unpasteurised cheese and undercooked meats.

I found telling some of my friends and close family was a comfort to me, my first pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage and I needed their support through it. It's entirely up to you to do what feels best for you.

Lastly the BPAS is for woman who are not looking to progress a pregnancy, so you might get better interactions if you join the NCT page which is for pregnancy, childbirth and beyond x
