Pregnancy sickness

I am 8 weeks pregnant. I have a young child as well. I hated all foods I only eat plain toast. I find my husband and son breathes smells not nice at all. I wear face mask on transport and still smell everybody breath bad. I don't know if anyone had similar feelings. We used to cook healthy at home but now I hates all foods 😭😭. I don't know when this is going to be ending. Doctor says this is normal. But I find it difficult
