Waiting between appointments /choosing clinic

Hi I had first appointment consultation scan thing on Tuesday and they said I'm 11weeks.

They said they will call with my appointment for treatment and I've not had a call yet. How long should I expect to wait. For the call and then the the actual appointment?

And has anyone chosen asked to or been allowed to ask for treatment at a clinic in a different area to home.

I want someone with me before and after for a few days but they live a long way from my home
