Faint pregnancy positive test then lots of negatives?

I'm on the implant and so confused. Saturday morning just gone I had a positive pregnancy test. I then had two negatives and an invalid on Sunday. Yesterday I had negative.
I'm really confused. I experienced spotting instead of normal period last week. I have sore boobs, super tired and moody. I have a 4 year old daughter.
Speaking to my local sexual health team tomorrow. Has anyone fallen pregnant with positive results then has negative results after.
