I'm 29 weeks pregnant with twins and have noticed that my left foot is swollen/puffy my right is normal. Is this something I should be worried about? Even in the morning after lying down all night it's still puffy

Contact your midwife and get clueless over. Puffy feet are common in pregnancy but can also be a sign of underlying issues. Also the British Pregnancy advisory service is mainly for woman looking for abortions so you might not always get lots of advice on her, you're better of on the NCT page for advice during pregnancy. Good luck x

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it, I'll mention it to my midwife ..... (sorry I didn't realise I'd posted on the NCT page)

I would, my friend had swollen ankles and it was Pre-eclampsia, so it's definitely worth giving them a call and getting checked out. The NCT page has lots more pregnant ladies and mums so you'll get more replies posting there than the BPAS (where you've posted) good luck x
