I recently just had a miscarriage on the 26th of June and me & my boyfriend are devastated although we’re eager to try again, can someone advise when is the best time to try and how soon after a miscarriage can I get pregnant?

After I had a missed miscarriage, I waited till I had a natural period and then started tracking my cycle again, I also got some ovulation strips to check I was ovulating again. I had that first period and got pregnant within the next month. So was very lucky I feel pregnant very quickly and felt very ready, I think it really depends on how you feel after the miscarriage, I know some people take lot longer before they try again but I think it's a very personal decision. My little one is now 11 months old, and I hope that it all goes well for you next time x

Leave it as a minimum until you’ve had one full cycle. Having had several miscarriages I would say it can take a few months for your period to get back to normal. I think the medical advice is 3 months. Sorry for your loss x
