Am I having a miscarriage?

I am 6 weeks pregnant. Found out almost a week ago. I had some nausea and sharp pains the first few days after I found out. Now I have no pregnancy symptoms whatsoever. I haven’t had any bleeding. My bloating has disappeared, not going for a wee as often and breast pain has decreased. No midwife appointment for another 2 weeks.

If you are not bleeding heavy with red red blood that's a good sign. Symptoms come and go with pregnancy don't mean you are miscarrying. Xx

Thank you very much. My first pregnancy so I’m not sure what to expect at all. I guess until the scan we won’t know for sure. Many thanks for the reassurance.
