Medical and surgical abortion

I had a medical abortion. It was incomplete. I then had a surgical abortion. My pregnancy test is still positive and I’m having pregnancy like symptoms. What is going on? Could I still be pregnant? I’m vomiting and I feel bloated and I have headaches and food cravings. It’s been Four weeks since my medical abortion yet my test is still strongly positive. Is this even possible?
