Bleeding while possibly pregnant

I’ve missed my period completely n we’re e in new month already and I’ve had all of the symptoms of being pregnant haven’t taken a pregnancy test just yet but I woke and had slighting bleeding which started of as really light n only when I was wiping whereas of today it’s got a lot more it’s not like a period but I’m bleeding and I don’t know what to do
