do i have an infection?

after my abortion i bled for 3 weeks, the blood was less than my normal period each day so i didn't worry about it. i then have a week break before i started bleeding again. i assumed this was my period but the bleeding has been happening for 2 weeks now. i have had occasional stomach/ abdominal pains since the abortion but i didn't think it was anything to worry about. however i have spent the last 2 days unable to move due to severe pain in my abdomen, i also haven't been able to keep down food or much liquid. i do not know what to do. i do not know if this is an infection or possibly just the flu or even food poisoning. does anyone know what this could be?

It could well be an infection. To be honest, it could be a lot of things. You NEED to see a doctor ASAP if you haven’t already! Hope you’re okay.

They don’t always get all the tissue out, it could be your body trying to contract out remaining tissue. Take yourself to a&e

i didn't go to a&e but went to my local doctor surgery, i had signs of thrush and the irregularitys were all due to the abortion and the implant i had put in. all is well but my periods are still irregular and normally late
