Pregnancy post miscarriage

Sorry for posting again but I need to know I’m not going crazy!

Can anyone else see a faint positive? I’ve taken an early detection test (due on period wed/Thursday).

I do have the sore boobs and had slight bleeding just a week after ovulation and I do ‘feel pregnant’ if that makes sense.

Thanks in advance!
