Possibly pregnant? Help

I had unprotected sex on March 30th and again on April 6th.

I was due on my period 10th April and I’m now 5 days late. I’ve took 3 tests, and all negative. The past 3 days I’ve been feeling so nauseous and vomited 3 times. I keep feeling like I’m going to bleed but when I wipe it’s just like a creamy discharge(tmi sorry)

I’m never usually late atall, any ideas?
