Hi there,
As long as there was no genital contact, and no semen came in to contact with your vagina then no, you want have conceived. However, if you are planning to have sex at some point soon you might want to start using some form of contraception to put your mind at ease and so that you are prepared for when you do have sex. You can get contraception for free from your GP or local contraception / sexual health clinic. We have a guide to all the methods online here but you can discuss the options with your doctor or nurse and they can help you find the best method for you:

I hope this helps.

Hi thank u very much, it helped me and I actually went to doctors to make sure cuz there was blood that came out and I told them that there was a blood and I was really paranoid. So I told them that and I asked them if I could get another pregnancy test and he said sure. So I took it and I got negative but why was I bleeding and he said I have to come back on Thursdays btw I'm a 14 yer old girl that doesn't know anything about sex, or pregnancy, so I'm completely clueless, anyways. I came back on thursday and I explained to the girl doctor and she said that I'm just getting my period but the thing is I already got my period for one week, and it started on April 7 and it ended 13 and my second period lasted for one week, at first it was spooting, and brown was coming out but for a couple of days, you know that period blood, yeah, I got that and it started on April 21 and it ended on April 28.
But like now I'm getting cramps but for a second and I'm getting headaches. And I'm soooo scared and very anxious right now
Sorry if it's too long.
I don't know if I'm pregnant or not but I don't have any pregnancy signs but cramps but only for a second and headaches
Hi there
I think it would be a really good idea for you to access a local Young Persons clinic to discuss your periods, sex etc, because as you are only 14 years old they probably haven’t settled into a regular pattern yet. It’s very unlikely that you are pregnant, but the Young Persons clinic could do another pregnancy test with you and talk through lots of information.
You can find your nearest specialist young persons clinic online here, just tick the box that says "contraceptive clinics that are only for young people": fpa.org.uk/find-a-clinic
I hope this helps

Thank you very much. Well I'm not from UK, so I probably won't be able to use it but thank u very much, I really really thankful that you answered my questions.
Thank u very much, u helped me big time cuz this past two days I've been really really paranoid that my friends are always mad at me when I talk about pregnancy and also my boyfriend.
I forgot to mention, at school, we did sport ( gym and yoga don't know if that's a sport lol ) And after that day I got my period, is it because I did extreme excercise cuz I usually don't excercise.
Hi there
Glad I could help. No exercise doesn't bring on your periods, but perhaps the stress delayed your period and when your mind was put at ease everything went back to normal.
Glad you are all okay now.
Best wishes
Katherine
Thank u very much
