Braxton hicks or more

Ok I feel kid a silly writing this as this his my third child but here goes.

I'm.32 weeks dead on and so far for past half hour or so been having regularish and painful cramps/ tightening of bump. It's somewhat painful just about my pelvis area mostly and I've got up moved been to the loo and they are still going. I've felt baby moving about while they are happening. But I'm not sure if these are just bad Braxton hicks or a more. I can't rely on if I have back pain or not as inhave a bad back and spd so constantly in pain around hips and back.

Anyone have any thoughts. I'm still really uncomfortable this morning. I have lower back pain but that's not unusual for me. I feel like crap though and it could just because I've hardly slept. It I don't know.

I'm not having pains and tightenings like I was lastnight but still very ache in same places

Maybe your midwife would be best placed to give advice on this?

I'm seeing consultant tomorrow anyway I was simply wondering if anyone else had painful Braxton hicks mostly as from.what I remember they say Braxton hicks shouldn't be painful

I know that’s what you asked but you seem distressed and you would get a quicker response from a quick call to your midwife as no one had responded 🤷🏼‍♀️
