4weeks and 2 days pregnant

Hey ladies, so I found out I'm pregnant after using assisted conception services for the past 4 years. Still early days and I'm not sure if I'm over reacting. So 5 days before my bfp I was cramping like AF was coming, i got my positive and since my positive on Thursday the cramps have gotten worse and today I've had some shooting pains right down THERE and just up my groin on the left side. I know they say it can be normal but What is normal?! I have a scan in the 5th of may due to having feetikurty treatment but I'm just so worried I'll get there and there won't be anything
